From the start, Erika was down for ALL my ideas for pictures, which naturally made me like her before we even met! I had an idea to incorporate a handmade flower crown and was so excited when Erika said she’d like to try it out. I was instantly inspired by her wardrobe when she started sending outfit ideas over for her session. My favorite was the lavender dress she showed up to the session wearing!

We shot very early in the morning which I usually don’t do. Afternoon light tends to be my favorite! But with graduation coming up quickly, this was the only real chance Erika had to do portraits, so we made it work! And WOW!! The light ended up being perfect! I was more than excited to get home to start editing Erika’s images to get her sneak peeks on social media!

The best part about Erika’s session was the blossom tree. She looks so pretty and natural in the photos – you can’t actually tell the tree was TOO TALL, so Erika is actually pulling and holding onto those branches with hulk-like strength while still holding a smile! Now that is talent!!

What a gorgeous Senior! the photographer did a great job capturing all of her beauty! Were these taken in Michigan?

Wow, these are breathtaking! She’s such a natural beauty, but your photography really made her shine! I agree that dress color was a brilliant choice to show off those baby blues!
