I knew that Emily was going to be a great Life on Purpose bride when we sat at breakfast during our first meeting with our 1-year-olds both throwing pancake pieces on the floor of the Bob Evans. I am so excited for their wedding in Frankenmuth next year, so it was only fitting that we did their engagement session there too! The city center is crazy during the fall on the weekends, so I had them meet me at this “secret” bridge location with the most stunning fall colors! When the shoot started, I knew then that Zach was going to be the perfect Life on Purpose groom when he was 100% down to try out all my silly games to get them laughing with each other! And man, when I told him to tickle Emily, he took is seriously!! I was so glad that they brought their daughter, Elliot, to their session, too! Although this may have been the first toddler – ever – to straight up not like me. All she wanted was her daddy, which was so adorable I was willing to overlook her death stares.
